I'm not sure about any teaching materials Lennart Green has, but I learned this move off Eric Jones Theory 11 clip.

Hot Shot Cut 則是由魔術師 Daryl所發明
This move was invented by Darly in the late 70's and is used by many magicians. You can find the tutorial on the XCM superhandz DVD, it was added to the very end as a bonus. Also, you can learn a modified/variation of the Hot Shot Cut on Oz Pearlman's "Born to Perform Card Magic"
