first~ for black ghost deck, it is not limited anymore ( only this version) IR*g>q  
it will becoem like.......as same as black tiger deck that kind of level~ 1WGcv O)<  
second~ for the shadow master deck, yes, it is another version of master deck ( which is black with some cool colour =] ) n@pm5f  
so u guys should save some money to buy them =]
