I can asure that small hands don't have that much of a disadvantage as you think..
I personaly practice XCM and I know tons of people with small hands that are great with cards. (I even know a girl that handles cards smoothly and with great style) Its not really just about the size of your hands, but the dexterity and flexibilty.
You should pick up some info on hand exercises and maintanance, this will help you get the best out of them when handling a deck of cards..
Because I live in Canada, so I have more access to XCM since it's easy for me to obtain info from the states lol.

they are all experts of the craft and I think you could really learn from them.
