Just tell them strictly ---
We have a system to educate people how to start magic properly; and so, we have set out the schedule for beginners to follow. If you want to prove that you are over-qualified of being a beginner, please take the examination. After you have passed it, then we are going to take it as a consideration and decide to move to the next level or not.
Seriously, you DO NOT have to explain anything to them.
YOU ARE THE "TEACHER" in the club; you have the authority to enforce the system function well.
Whenever they come to say and say "魔術社都在藏招",
tell them it is a matter of fact that they do not pass the examination(of course, the examination includes 三原則), and so we cannot allow you to move to advanced class.
This is just the system at school: if you do not pass the course, you cannot take the course in the next level. They cannot that "Oh, the professor does not teach us at all". This is totally illogical, and this will SHUT THEIR MOUTH UP.
